Delete your account and data

DoseOwl lets you start deletion inside the app without contacting support. This action is permanent.

Delete inside DoseOwl

  1. Open DoseOwl.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account & Data.
  4. Review the consequences and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

DoseOwl deletes the cloud account and its owned care data, then clears local medication cache, queued offline changes, profile photos, notification registrations, delivered and scheduled notifications, Live Activities, sign-in credentials, and the RevenueCat app-user identity on that device.

Shared care and subscriptions

Other people lose access that depended on the deleted account. Some minimal security or transaction records may be retained when required by law. Deleting DoseOwl does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@doseowl.com from the address associated with your support history. We will verify the request without asking you to send medication or health details.
